I need to cheat better.
This past Saturday, I ODed on food not in a good way. I’ve got to find some balance with cheat day.
Part of me wants to go hard to scratch the itch so I can last easy all week.
This day I went too hard. I ate too much of the wrong stuff. It wasn’t just about indulging. I actively made myself feel worse.
I ate too many donuts.
And I ate way too much wheat at the party. Too many crackers, too many pita chips. I felt terrible.
Need to do a better job on cheat day.
